Sorry, didn't mean to confuse you but you are incorrect. The regular healing brush does require the alt/option click to source a good point, which is plainly stated in the vid. I think you are confusing my tool with the Spot Healing brush, which I am NOT using. The Spot Healing brush does NOT require a manual sample. Note that this vid is using CS2 not CS3, where the tools are nested differently.

I believe she might have made a mistake on this video. She is using the healing brush at the end of the video, and that does not require a manual sample. What tool she thinks she's using is the clone tool, under the healing tool. Just thought I would spot that out so other weren't confused.
