well he is going to be the conductor of the Los Angeles Philharmonics so i guess you have to go to los angeles and audition to go in and play for him

Actually he's talking about how often dudamel uses the phrase "you know". He says that people who use the phrase too much are classified as white trash which is nonsense since the guy is learning the language.
